In Person Early Voting runs from 10/31 to 11/6

Ramsey County residents can vote early from October 31 through November 6. There are many locations to choose from - see options below:

Absentee Voting

In Person (9/22 – 10/30)

Ramsey County residents can cast an absentee ballot at the Ramsey County Elections Office (90 W Plato Blvd, Saint Paul) from September 22 through October 30. Voting hours are Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Saturday, October 28 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. If you need to update your registration because you have moved or your name has changed, you should bring proper identification and proof of residence.
